1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HBS Partner Central platform and services. By registering for or using an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended solely for verified business buyers, including registered travel companies, corporates, NGOs, event agencies, universities, and institutions. You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them outside your organisation.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate business booking purposes. You must not misrepresent your organisation, resell rates in breach of supplier conditions, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform, or use it for any unlawful activity.
5. Rates & Content
Rates, availability, and venue information are provided by suppliers and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that all content is error-free at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the Platform are the property of HBS Partner Central or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time; outstanding bookings and payment obligations remain in force after closure.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uganda.
